Job summary

Müller`s Solutions is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to implement and manage payroll solutions for diverse clients. You will gather requirements, customize configurations, and ensure smooth payroll operations while staying compliant with regulations.

You will collaborate with clients and project teams, perform testing, and provide ongoing payroll support. 3+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience is required, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other SAP modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand payroll requirements and translate into SAP HCM Payroll configurations.
• Configure, implement, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll systems following best practices.
• Test payroll processes and assist clients during user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing support for payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM Payroll and related compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely project delivery.
