Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to lead a major Salesforce transformation for an enterprise client in a hybrid setup. You’ll act as the main functional contact for stakeholders and guide a mixed team of architects, developers, designers and project managers.

The role requires 8+ years in client-facing consulting with 6+ years delivering Salesforce solutions, broad multi-cloud knowledge, and current Salesforce

Competenze

• 8+ years in client-facing consulting with 6+ years delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Broad multi-cloud knowledge: Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Data Cloud.
• Active Salesforce certifications; Marketing Cloud is a real plus.
• Based in KSA or open to relocation; Arabic or GCC delivery experience would be a bonus.

Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant | Saudi Arabia (hybrid)

SAR 35,000–45,000 per month plus family medical cover & family visas!

I’m working with a well-established Salesforce consulting partner that’s growing its delivery team in KSA. They need a senior functional consultant to lead the business side of a major Salesforce transformation for an enterprise client.

It’s a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be the main functional contact for client stakeholders and guide a mixed team of architects, developers, designers and project managers.

What you’ll be doing

• Working with the client to understand their processes, customers and channels, then designing how things should work in future
• Turning that into a Salesforce solution design, a backlog and user stories
• Owning the functional documentation: process maps, roadmaps, scope and priorities
• Leading testing, demos and training so the client actually uses what gets built
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and helping the account grow
• Coaching more junior consultants

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in client-facing consulting, including at least 6 years designing and delivering Salesforce solutions
• Broad multi-cloud knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and Data Cloud
• Current Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud is a real plus)
• Confidence with both executives and day-to-day stakeholders
• Comfort with hands-on configuration as well as design
• You live in KSA or are open to relocating

Arabic or previous GCC delivery experience would be a bonus.
