Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Rectification Controller to manage maintenance on a busy RSAF flying unit, ensuring the daily programme aligns with rebuild plans. You will coordinate debriefs, liaise with senior staff and maintain high airworthiness standards in a demanding, multinational environment.

Requirements include an HNC or equivalent, a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship, 10 years post-qualification experience in fast jet maintenance, ESS with Q annotation, and

Qualifications

• Must be educated to HNC level or recognised equivalent or have relevant experience supported by formal, recorded workplace applied related training.
• Demonstrable experience working as a Rectification Controller on a busy, military operational flying unit.
• Must have completed a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in aircraft systems.
• Must have ESS experience with a formal ‘Q’ annotation.
• Ten years post-qualification experience in military fast jet maintenance support at supervisor level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate the maintenance effort on shift to meet the daily flying programme and associated maintenance plans.
• Track maintenance plans for AGF allocated rebuild plans.
• Manage the debrief/dispatcher/expediter function.
• Carry out inspections of aircraft shelters for husbandry standards.
• Review FOD practices across the AGF.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance.
• Coordinate with Eng. Ops for Flying Program issues.
• Liaise with Senior Superintendents to prioritise manpower allocation for rectification.
