Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Rectification Controller to lead maintenance on a busy Royal Saudi Air Force fleet. You will oversee shift execution, coordinate manpower, and ensure aircraft are configured for the flying programme, while maintaining high airworthiness standards.

The role requires an HNC or equivalent, a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship, and 10 years of post-qualification experience in military fast jet maintenance supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Understanding of company processes and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate maintenance efforts on shift to meet daily flying programme and maintenance plans.
• Track maintenance plans for AGF allocated rebuilds.
• Manage the debrief/dispatcher/expediter function; inspect aircraft shelters for standards.
