Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for Saudi Aramco GES+ projects. You will ensure compliance with Aramco standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating interfaces with clients, PMT, licensors, vendors, and construction teams, while overseeing reviews, TQs, design changes, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (process or Mechanical).
• 15+ years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in Engineering Management.
• Proven experience on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, Telecom).
• Manage FEED verification, Detailed Design, and IFC deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Coordinate engineering interfaces with Client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor engineering progress, man-hours, resource utilization, and deliverable schedules.
• Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP, and technical workshops.
• Manage Technical Queries (TQs), design changes, and engineering risks.
• Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.
