Job summary

Khatib & Alami is seeking a Senior Site Planning Engineer to support project management and construction supervision on Saudi Aramco projects in the Eastern Province.

You will review contractor schedules, monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, dashboards, and S-curves, ensuring compliance with project procedures.

This role requires 5 to 10 years of planning experience, Saudi Aramco project exposure, and PMP/ PMI-SP/ PSP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of planning and project controls experience.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in engineering consultancy and construction supervision.
• Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, progress measurement, and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Saudi Aramco approval and PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractors’ baseline schedules, work programs, and recovery plans.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning progress.
• Identify delays, risks, and deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, dashboards, and S-curves.
• Support the review of variations and extension-of-time claims.
• Coordinate with SAPMT, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project procedures.
