Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks a Process Safety Engineer for a major client in the oil, gas, petrochemical, refinery or chemical process sector. The role focuses on developing and reviewing PDP/FEED documents and ensuring design philosophies meet project requirements.

You will create PFDs/UFDs, run process simulations with Aspen HYSYS/Aspen Plus, define operating scenarios, and lead P&ID reviews and HAZOP actions with thorough documentation. Saudi-based candidates are highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Saudi-based candidates highly considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or chemical process plants.
• Prior PDP / FEED and DEP execution experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of PDP and FEED workflows.
