Job summary

PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee EPC and Oil & Gas service projects in the Eastern Province. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 10–15+ years in Oil & Gas/EPC, with hands-on project leadership and certifications preferred. A PM-oriented mindset and strong contract control capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum, or related). Master’s in PM or MBA is an advantage.
• Professional Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP) are preferred.
• 10-15+ years in Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, or Industrial projects; & 3–5 years in hands-on EPC/Oil & Gas project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resource plans and budgets.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure completion within approved cost, schedule and quality targets.
