Job summary

Pipecare Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee in-line inspection projects for our Middle East operations, based in Damman, KSA. The role requires leading EPC and O&G service projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15+ years in Oil & Gas/EPC, PMP/PRINCE2, and proven leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, with a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Project Management or MBA preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-SP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholders.
