Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior risk management professional to design and implement a robust risk management framework across major projects. You will lead risk identification, assessment, prioritization and governance, and you will embed risk practices into project planning.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, 5+ in a management capacity within large-scale programs, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience designing risk management frameworks for large projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications in risk management or PM would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role within a large-scale project environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional) are a bonus.
