Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a Lead Process Safety Engineer (Offshore) with proven experience in offshore process safety for major projects. You will lead safety engineering activities, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and ensure compliance with international standards and Saudi Aramco-related requirements.

Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas or infrastructure, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 15 years of offshore process safety experience.
• Experience with HAZOP/HAZID/HAZOP and SIL/LOPA workshops.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, check calculations, data sheets, notes, requisitions, specifications and drawings within the discipline.
• Act as the single focal point to lead/co-ordinate safety engineering on the project and improve efficiency and quality.
• Plan, supervise and facilitate safety workshops such as PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA and follow up on findings.
