Eram Talent is seeking a Lead Master Data Management Architect to join our team onsite in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on defining and implementing robust MDM strategies and frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams in designing MDM solutions aligned with business objectives, while working with stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data management focusing on Master Data Management.
• Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and data integration.
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Data Management strategy to meet business requirements and enhance data quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and Technology departments to translate requirements into MDM architecture solutions.
• Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions considering scalability, performance and integration with existing systems.
• Define and enforce MDM architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization.
• Define data governance policies and standards to maintain accuracy and reliability of master data.
• Provide expertise in data modelling, data profiling, data quality assessments and data models management.
• Collaborate with Data Quality and MDM teams to provide architectural oversight, inputs on standards & mentorship.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing robust MDM strategies and frameworks that ensure the quality, consistency, and accessibility of master data across various platforms and applications.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in master data management, data governance, and architecture. You will lead cross-functional teams in designing MDM solutions that align with business objectives while adhering to industry best practices.
