Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking an Events and Sponsorship Manager to lead planning, execution and management of high-impact, experiential luxury events and sponsorship activations that elevate the brand and residential portfolio.

The role requires hands-on, execution-driven leadership with a track record delivering large-scale, luxury events for UHNWIs, investors, and strategic partners within hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in events, with luxury/experiential focus.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale, detail-driven luxury events.
• Experience in hospitality, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, or collaborations.
• Strong execution mindset and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Lead end-to-end event lifecycle: concept, design, production, delivery, and post-event analysis.
• Manage on-ground execution to ultra-luxury standards and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Oversee budgeting, ROI tracking, and performance metrics for events and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand, PR and Leadership to align events with business objectives.
