Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician I in Saudi Arabia to lead instrument maintenance activities across designated facilities. You will coordinate technicians, ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures, and report progress to the foreman while translating directions into actionable work orders.

The role requires strong English communication, a proactive safety mindset, and proven leadership within Oil & Gas maintenance. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Holds a valid certification from a recognized body or accredited Saudi institute.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and problem-solving ability.
• Strategic management skills and multicultural teamwork.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate day-to-day instrument maintenance activities.
• Ensure technicians follow safety and quality procedures during maintenance.
• Conduct site visits to verify proper work execution.
• Lead technicians in designated area and translate directions into actions.
• Receive work directions and convert into actionable maintenance tasks.
• Track progress and report to foreman with recommendations.
• Collaborate with foreman to improve availability and reliability of instrument systems.
• Assist in engineering modifications to instrument equipment.
• Enforce safety policies during on-site maintenance activities.
• Ensure resources and training for safe maintenance execution.
