You will supervise construction, coordinate with consultants and authorities, monitor asphalt and crushing plants, and drive on-schedule delivery. This role requires 12–15 years in road/highway projects, a civil engineering degree, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years' experience in major road/highway projects.
• Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.
