Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly qualified GIS / CAD Specialist to join our PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. You will maintain GIS databases, coordinate CAD drawings, and ensure consistency and accessibility of geospatial data across mega infrastructure programs in Riyadh for a government entity.

You will work with design consultants, engineers, survey teams, and stakeholders to support interface management, data quality, and timely delivery of deliverables, including as-built drawings and asset

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil/Geospatial Engineering, or related field.
8–12 years of professional GIS/CAD and data management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting mega-programs, multi-package land development, or major construction.
Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise or QGIS; strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills.
Knowledge of coordinate systems, georeferencing, data formats, and map production.
Familiarity with BIM/GIS integration and digital engineering platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain GIS databases, geospatial datasets, and digital maps per standards.
Prepare, review, and manage CAD drawings, site plans, and utility networks.
Integrate GIS data with CAD drawings, survey data, and other deliverables.
Review data accuracy, coordinates, projections, and spatial references.
Maintain spatial records for roads, utilities, and land parcels.
Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, survey teams, and stakeholders.
Identify spatial conflicts and coordinate resolution across packages.
Prepare maps, analyses, layouts, and drawings for reviews and reporting.
Establish drawing registers, metadata, and document control procedures.
Ensure compliance with CAD/GIS standards and data protocols.
Support as-built drawings and asset data for handover and operations.
Coordinate across Planning, Design, Technical, Construction, and PMIS teams.
