Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior GIS specialist to manage geospatial data for infrastructure and engineering projects, develop and govern enterprise GIS databases, and integrate GIS with BIM CAD and digital twin platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS/Geomatics/Geography/Surveying or related field.
10+ years of GIS experience in infrastructure or engineering projects.
Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, FME, and Spatial Databases.
Experience integrating GIS with BIM, CAD, Digital Twin Platforms, and Asset Management Systems.
Knowledge of LiDAR, UAV, photogrammetry, and survey data processing.
Understanding of infrastructure corridors, transportation networks, and land management systems.
Ability to develop GIS standards, workflows, and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in multidisciplinary project delivery.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage GIS and geospatial data requirements for infrastructure and engineering projects.
Develop, maintain and govern enterprise GIS databases and spatial datasets.
Integrate GIS datasets with BIM, CAD, engineering survey, and digital twin platforms.
Perform advanced spatial analysis for transportation, utilities, and land development projects.
Support engineering design and construction teams with spatial analysis and mapping solutions.
Establish GIS governance procedures, quality assurance processes and metadata standards.
Review GIS deliverables and ensure compliance with project GIS standards and data models.
Coordinate with engineers, planners, surveyors and external stakeholders.
Support digital engineering initiatives and information management strategies.
