FRESME is hiring a Lead Full-Stack FinTech Engineer (Banking APIs) to architect and scale high-throughput payment services and digital wallet orchestration. You will drive secure API design, mentor cross‑functional teams, and shape thetech stack for banking integrations across the GCC region.

The role offers visa sponsorship and flexible onsite options in Riyadh or the Pakistan engineering center with travel to the GCC.

Formación

• 6+ years of production experience in backend/full-stack development (Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) with modern React frontends.
• Demonstrated experience building payment gateways, digital wallets, or core banking integrations.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Solid grasp of cryptographic protocols, mTLS, JWT, HSM integration, and tokenization.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, and scale high-throughput, low-latency microservices for payment processing and banking integration.
• Integrate with regional payment networks (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay, 1Link, Raast).
• Design idempotent REST/GraphQL APIs that follow SAMA Open Banking security specifications.
• Lead code reviews, enforce security practices aligned with ISO 27001 / PCI-DSS, and establish automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Mentor senior and junior backend and frontend engineers across distributed teams.
