Job summary

FRESME is seeking a Senior React Developer to join our engineering team and build enterprise web applications across our ERP and FinTech product suite. You will work on platforms for banks, enterprises, and public-sector organisations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Pakistan, and the UK.

You’ll develop high-performance React apps with TypeScript, collaborate with designers, and participate in architecture decisions while mentoring juniors and ensuring WCAG-compliant, fast UIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional React development experience.
• Strong TypeScript skills and familiarity with modern React (hooks, context, suspense).
• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or similar).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Vite/Webpack, and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance React applications for Tadbir ERP and FinTech dashboards.
• Collaborate with product designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI.
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript/JavaScript code following team standards.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in sprint planning.
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
