Qualifications

• Minimum 20–25+ years of progressive experience in engineering and contract management.
• Proven track record as Engineer (FIDIC) on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Expertise in FIDIC contract forms (Red Book, Yellow Book, etc.).
• Strong background in large-scale contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Engineer under FIDIC contracts and ensure fair contract administration.
• Serve as independent authority and issue decisions based on contract provisions.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Manage risks and claims, supporting dispute resolution mechanisms.
