Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to head the electrical design for data center and mission-critical projects in Saudi Arabia. You will steer the team, review MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and protection schemes, and ensure designs meet the highest standards from design through commissioning.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, strong leadership, and experience delivering large-scale power systems with strict QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering for data center and mission-critical projects

• Coordinate electrical scope with mechanical, civil, LC, and architectural teams
• Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, load calculations, and equipment selections
• Ensure redundancy, reliability, and compliance with codes and client standards
• Guide and mentor electrical engineers and designers
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing for electrical systems

What You'll Do

You will lead the electrical engineering team, develop and review power distribution and protection designs, drive multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure all electrical works meet specification, quality, and program. You will act as the technical authority for electrical scope from design through commissioning.

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering and proven experience leading electrical design and delivery on large-scale, power-critical projects. You combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and coordination skills.
