Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Engineer to lead the Information Security team in Riyadh. You will provide technical leadership across defensive security and manage a team of security engineers and analysts, driving security initiatives across the organization.

You will focus on security architecture, cloud security (GCP/AWS), Secure SDLC, vulnerability management, incident response, and collaboration with Engineering, IT and Compliance to raise Tabby's overall security posture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams and driving security initiatives.
• Strong background in security architecture, cloud security and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on in offensive and defensive security, including incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design reviews across IT, cloud, and product initiatives.
• Drive cloud security across GCP and AWS, including IAM and posture.
• Own the Secure SDLC / DevSecOps program including SAST/DAST/SCA and container security.
• Lead vulnerability management, penetration testing and red team engagements.
• Oversee endpoint, infrastructure and firewall security.
• Drive detection engineering and incident response across the org.
• Develop and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Compliance and other teams to improve security posture.
