Job summary

Egis in Riyadh is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to oversee operational security tasks for project information systems and to coordinate with suppliers on technical security solutions. You will develop, maintain, and audit major security systems while protecting data confidentiality, integrity, and availability across networks and endpoints.

The role demands 15+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, proficiency in firewalls, SIEM, IDS, risk management, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of network security, threat analysis and incident response.
• Proficiency with security tools including firewalls, SIEM and IDS.
• Strong risk assessment, vulnerability management and security auditing experience.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and project management skills.
• Security documentation and technical reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational tasks for account administration and cyber security implementations for project information systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to develop technical security solutions.
• Develop, maintain and audit major computer security systems.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of networks and workstations.
• Ensure secure operations of security equipment and cryptographic methods.
• Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities affecting corporate and client data.
• Provide technical support and timely data recovery to end-users.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and support cyber security initiatives.
• Operate security measures and create vulnerability assessment tools.
• Represent cyber security on project teams and committees.
• Oversee client/server/infrastructure security procedures.
