Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development to drive large-scale masterplan projects from planning through execution in Riyadh. You will lead cross-functional teams with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 9–12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling; Power BI proficiency.
• Native-level English proficiency.
