Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status via the Quantity Surveying route.
• 12–15 years post-degree experience in cost consultancy.
• Extensive experience in Aquatic Centres, Stadiums or leisure complexes.
• Expert proficiency in CostX software.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a Western university.
• Availability within 1–3 months for mobilization.
