Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a senior Civil/Structural Engineer to oversee civil hard services assets within a large government project in Al Ula. You will be accountable for technical oversight, lifecycle management, and contractor performance to meet regulatory and international standards.

The role requires planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies to ensure infrastructure reliability, safety, and operational excellence, with oversight of partners on SFG20 and O&M

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural engineering.
• 8–10 years of hard services/asset management experience.
• Experience with roads, bridges and street lighting in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of civil hard service assets (roads, bridges, street lighting).
• Plan and execute maintenance strategies for infrastructure to ensure reliability and safety.
• Oversee Maintenance Service Partners and ensure compliance with service delivery methodologies.

Job description

Required to join a leading Facilities Management company working on a large scale government project in Al Ula. The successful candidate is responsible for the technical oversight, management, and performance of all civil hard service assets, including roads, bridges, and street lighting infrastructure. The role ensures effective asset lifecycle management, contractor performance, and compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and international standards.

Planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies, ensuring infrastructure reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

Manage and oversee the performance of Maintenance Service Partners, ensuring compliance with service delivery methodologies such as SFG20 and O&M standards.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• A degree in civil / structural engineering
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of related experience in hard services management, facilities management, or asset management of civil works
• Roads, Bridges, Streetlighting expertise within public sector
• Preference will be given to candidates based in KSA able to work on a single status basis. Accommodation & Transport provided
