CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a senior civil/structural engineer to oversee the technical performance of civil hard services assets such as roads, bridges and street lighting for a large-scale government project in Al Ula.

The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing maintenance strategies to ensure reliability, safety, and operational excellence, while managing Service Partners and compliance with SFG20 and O&M standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of related experience in hard services management, facilities management, or asset management of civil works.
• Experience with roads, bridges, street lighting in the public sector.
• Preference for candidates based in KSA able to work on a single status basis; accommodation and transport provided.

Responsabilités

Required to join a leading Facilities Management company working on a large scale government project in Al Ula. The successful candidate is responsible for the technical oversight, management, and performance of all civil hard service assets, including roads, bridges, and street lighting infrastructure. The role ensures effective asset lifecycle management, contractor performance, and compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and international standards.

Planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies, ensuring infrastructure reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

Manage and oversee the performance of Maintenance Service Partners, ensuring compliance with service delivery methodologies such as SFG20 and O&M standards.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

A degree in civil / structural engineering

Minimum of 8 - 10 years of related experience in hard services management, facilities management, or asset management of civil works

Roads, Bridges, Streetlighting expertise within public sector

Preference will be given to candidates based in KSA able to work on a single status basis. Accommodation & Transport provided
