Job summary

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager - Cards in Riyadh to lead end-to-end card initiatives across issuing and acquiring. You will drive integrations with major schemes, coordinate certifications, and work with wallets like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay to optimize card journeys.

The role requires hands-on card payments knowledge, regulatory awareness, and strong collaboration with tech, payments processors, and vendors to deliver profitable card products.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in card products, payments, issuing, acquiring, or payment technology.
• Strong practical knowledge of card issuing and acquiring.
• Experience with major payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, CUP, JCB, Amex, Diners Club).
• Experience with scheme certification and payment integrations.
• Strong experience with Apple Pay and Samsung Pay integrations.
• Understanding of card authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and card processing.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive card product initiatives across issuing and acquiring.
• Manage integrations and certification activities with major payment schemes.
• Coordinate scheme certification, testing, and compliance activities.
• Drive integrations with digital wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay).
• Monitor KPIs: transaction performance, revenue, costs, and adoption.
• Develop strategies to transform underperforming card portfolios into profitable businesses.
