You will supervise laundry staff, ensure proper handling of guest and house laundry, coordinate with the linen room, and work with maintenance on preventive tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Assist Laundry Manager in enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
• Supervise laundry employees to maintain standards and provide efficient service.
• Responsible for proper handling of guest and house laundry and quality standards.
• Coordinate with linen room to ensure adequate clean linen and uniforms.
• Follow up with engineering on preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Check daily production according to priorities and assist in maker activities.
• Counter-check that all items are spotless per hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure laundry staff are knowledgeable about hotel services and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure timely service.
• Maintain quality control and guest satisfaction across laundry workflows.
• Liaise with linen room to ensure stock of clean linen and uniforms is sufficient.
