Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Laundry & Kitchen Technician to assist the Engineering Department in ensuring smooth operations across hotel facilities. You will support maintenance teams, handle equipment upkeep, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service standards.

The role requires a relevant trade certification and hands-on experience with laundry and kitchen equipment in a hotel or large scale facility, contributing to reliable hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Laundry Equipment, or related trade.
• Minimum 2 years as Laundry & Kitchen Technician in hotel environment or 4 years in similar large building with laundry and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Laundry & Kitchen Technician in a hotel environment, or 4 years of experience in a similar large building, commercial facility, hospital, or industrial complex with commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.
