Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a Laundry Kitchen Mechanic to maintain, inspect and repair laundry and kitchen equipment, ensuring smooth hotel operations and minimal downtime.

You will work closely with Engineering, Laundry and Culinary teams, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to breakdowns. Fluency in English and ability to work shifts are required, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Laundry Kitchen Mechanic or similar maintenance role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults.
• Understanding preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as required
