Job summary

Salasa Fulfillment Center in Riyadh is seeking a Last mile Operation Manager to lead cross-regional last mile delivery operations, ensure service targets, manage budgets, and drive efficiency and expansion aligned with business goals.

You will supervise Regional Managers, coordinate with Commercial, Finance, HR, Customer Service and Technology, and implement SOPs, capacity planning, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 6–12 years in logistics and last mile operations.
• At least 4 years managing regional or multi-site operations; proven budget, network development, supplier management, and operational transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own departmental strategy, operating plans, and performance across all regions.
• Establish SOPs, service targets, operating controls, and management reporting.
• Manage the departmental budget, cost per shipment, fleet model, and resource utilization.
• Lead Regional Managers and develop succession, capability, and workforce plans.
• Oversee supplier capacity, service performance, and contractual operating requirements.
• Lead network expansion, peak readiness, process improvement, and system initiatives.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Technology on service delivery and business growth.

CILT, Lean Six Sigma, or project management certification preferred.
