Job summary

Ananinja is seeking a Dispatch Agent in Riyadh to coordinate and monitor last‑mile deliveries from pickup to customer handoff. You will dispatch orders, communicate with partners and internal teams, and resolve issues to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in dispatch or logistics, strong communication, and the ability to work in shifts including weekends. Arabic language is a plus, while English is essential for operations.

• Resolve operational issues and escalations as needed.
• Follow up on delivery performance to meet service targets.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
• Support daily operations and help improve delivery efficiency and customer experience.
