Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
• Experience with total stations GPS receivers laser scanners and other surveying equipment.
• Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations GPS receivers and laser scanners.
• Collect data on property boundaries topography elevations and other features using surveying equipment.
• Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data.
• Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Communicate with project managers engineers and other team members to coordinate surveying activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures while conducting surveys.
• Maintain survey equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
