Job summary

Advanced Construction Technology Services in Saudi Arabia seeks a meticulous Calibration and Maintenance Officer for our LAB Concrete team. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory instruments through regular calibration and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include performing calibrations, conducting routine maintenance and repairs, keeping detailed records, and identifying aging equipment for replacement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, preferably in a concrete testing environment.
• Familiarity with calibration standards and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment according to established procedures and standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all calibration, maintenance and repair activities.
• Identify and recommend replacement of aging or malfunctioning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory best practices.
• Assist in the procurement of spare parts and calibration consumables.
• Collaborate with lab technicians and engineers to address equipment issues.
• Stay updated with the latest calibration techniques and equipment technologies.
