Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an MEP Technician for civil construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will perform installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of MEP systems, working with civil and finishing teams on site.

The role requires practical MEP installation knowledge, ability to read drawings, adherence to KSA construction standards, and familiarity with PPE and safety procedures. Immediate joiners preferred for Saudi-based projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an MEP Technician in civil construction projects.
KSA civil construction experience required/preferred.
Good practical knowledge of MEP installation and maintenance.
Ability to work according to construction drawings and site requirements.
Familiarity with construction-site safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of MEP systems on civil construction projects.
Coordinate with civil, finishing, and other MEP teams at the construction site.
Carry out cable, conduit, piping, fixtures, equipment, and related MEP installation works.
Inspect installations and ensure proper quality, alignment, and functionality.
Identify and rectify faults, defects, and site installation issues.
Read and understand MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with KSA construction standards, HSE requirements, and project procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly and report site requirements to the supervisor.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete work within project timelines.
