Job summary

Consulture Search is seeking a Credit Assessment Lead for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to oversee credit assessments across SMEs and large-cap entities in the KSA market. The role requires deep corporate credit analysis, sector knowledge, and leadership of the local credit team.

You will partner with Underwriting, Commercial, and Claims, delivering high-quality assessments aligned with the company grading methodology while engaging with buyers and market participants to stay informed on

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant experience in banking, audit and consulting, or the credit insurance industry.
• Master's degree in finance or accounting, or an equivalent qualification in Audit or Finance.
• Strong business writing and communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assessment of SMEs and large-cap companies in the KSA market using the company's grading methodology.
• Monitor the credit portfolio and engage with buyers through market visits and counterparty insight.
• Lead, mentor and develop the local credit team and ensure high-quality outputs on time.
• Build capabilities in sector analysis, financial modelling, and stakeholder communication to support growth in the region.
• Prepare and present quarterly sector insights and reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
