Meituan Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a senior KOL/Influencer Marketing specialist to identify, source, and evaluate overseas KOLs and lead partnership negotiations for the Saudi market. You will develop and execute KOL strategies across TikTok, Instagram and other major platforms.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, monitor performance with engagement and conversion metrics, and optimize strategies with cross-functional teams to align with brand positioning and business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 4 years of overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Strong localization and market insight into local culture and influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is required.

• Identify, source, and evaluate KOLs across overseas markets, and lead partnership negotiations. Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for the Saudi Arabian market, managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media channels.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on the brand positioning and local market insights. Manage the end-to-end KOL campaign process, including content planning, production, publishing schedules, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics, including engagement rate and conversion rate. Provide data-driven optimization recommendations, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously refine influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content is aligned with the brand positioning and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 4 years of experience in overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing, with a strong understanding of the ecosystems of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
• Strong localization and market insight, with a deep understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, social media trends, and the influencer ecosystem. Candidates with hands‑on marketing experience in the local market are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute campaigns effectively.
• Fluent in English as a working language. Arabic language proficiency is required.
