Job summary

Meituan is seeking a KOL/Influencer Marketing Manager in Riyadh to identify and manage overseas KOLs, lead negotiations, and shape Saudi campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

You will develop creative campaigns aligned with brand positioning, manage end-to-end campaign workflows, and analyze performance to drive optimization, working closely with product and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 4+ years of overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing experience.
• Strong localization and market insight with deep understanding of local culture, Saudi market.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English as working language; Arabic language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate KOLs across overseas markets and lead partnership negotiations.
• Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for the Saudi Arabian market, managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media channels.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on brand positioning and local market insights; manage end-to-end KOL campaign process.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness by analyzing KPIs, provide data-driven optimization recommendations, and refine influencer marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.

Job description

• Identify, source, and evaluate KOLs across overseas markets, and lead partnership negotiations. Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for the Saudi Arabian market, managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media channels.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on the brand positioning and local market insights. Manage the end-to-end KOL campaign process, including content planning, production, publishing schedules, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics, including engagement rate and conversion rate. Provide data-driven optimization recommendations, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously refine influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content is aligned with the brand positioning and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 4 years of experience in overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing, with a strong understanding of the ecosystems of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
• Strong localization and market insight, with a deep understanding of local culture, consumer behavior, social media trends, and the influencer ecosystem. Candidates with hands-on marketing experience in the local market are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute campaigns effectively.
• Fluent in English as a working language. Arabic language proficiency is required.
