Job summary

Airbus is seeking a logistics professional to manage multiple physical logistics activities within a robust governance framework. The role focuses on performance improvement, KPI control, and strict adherence to logistics processes and policies across the supply chain.

You will drive rapid issue resolution, propose local optimization initiatives, and collaborate with service managers to enhance end-to-end logistics solutions while ensuring compliance and cost control.

• Implement and control KPIs for performance, cost, quality, environment
• Ensure application of Airbus Logistics solutions processes, rules, and policies in physical logistics activities
• Drive issue solving with quick escalation processes
• Propose and drive local improvement initiatives and share practices via Logistics service managers network
• Contribute to End To End Logistics Solutions optimization and surface optimization
• Ensure standard distributions means are in the right quality and quantity
• Manage contract compliance of Logistics Provider and subcontractor activities
• Ensure alignment of logistics operations with internal stakeholders processes and requirements
• Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements with internal stakeholders
• Plan and run audits in collaboration with quality and implement actions to close findings

Manages one or several of the following activities Manages the physical logistics activities

• Ensure physical logistics management performance amp improvement control
• Implement and control KPIs performance cost quality environment
• Ensure application of Airbus Logistics solutions processes rules amp policies in physical logistics activities
• Drive issue solving with a quick amp simple alert escalation process
• Propose and drive local not disruptive and short term Improvement Initiatives share experience amp practices via Logistics service managers network
• Contribute to End To End Logistics Solutions optimization and Surface optimization
• Secure that the standard distributions means are in the right quality and quantity
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management
• Assess logistics impacts in case of short and middle term planning changes Manages the Logistics Provider LP contract compliance and subcontractor activities
• Ensure right contract application by the provider and by Airbus budget respect and savings
• Create challenge validate operational scope change requests work specifications ad-hoc service requests and Claims
• Contribute to scope change request within a project
• Perform technical negotiation in units price volumes amp forecasts Central contract management specificities
• Ensure amp facilitate harmonized and agile contract governance to deliver services on time on quality amp on cost
• Developing amp deploying way of working and trainings to support operations in the contract management
• Calculate and monitor logistics budget in interface with Finance
• Supports procurement and operations on contract mechanism implementation and monitoring Ensure the alignment of logistics operations within the internal stakeholders processes and requirements to secure a logistics performance
• Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements SLAs with internal stakeholders
• Anticipate understand challenge internal stakeholders requests and ensure implementation of changes Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and Logistics Provider perform root cause analysis and manage mitigation plans
• Manages compliance to regulatory and safety obligations
• Is accountable for all topics related to Airworthiness Authorities Quality Environment Health amp Safety and Dangerous goods with regards of the logistics business execution
• Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity
