Job summary

Lucidya in Riyadh is seeking a junior product designer who is eager to learn and progressively take ownership. You will work with senior designers to turn complex, data-heavy problems into polished experiences that engineers can build.

You will design for multilingual needs (Arabic and English) and RTL layouts, using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. 1–2 years of experience and curiosity will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant product design experience.
• Solid foundation in Figma and UX fundamentals (information architecture, interaction design, usability, visual hierarchy).
• Saudi national (designated for Saudi nationals).

Responsibilities

• Turn problems into simple experiences.
• Translate requirements, research, and guidance into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Think beyond the screen: understand the problem, audience, and success criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering during discovery, planning, and refinement.
• Develop design craft with hierarchy, layout, interaction, usability, and visual design within Lucidya's design system.
• Use feedback constructively: explain decisions and iterate without getting attached to the first idea.
• Support research and usability testing to capture customer feedback and identify patterns.
• Design for the region: consider Arabic/English experiences, RTL layouts, and regional realities.
