Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline is preferred.
• Recent graduates are welcome; prior experience is not required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and compare quotations.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately maintain purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong commitment, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding purchasing requirements.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Support procurement and purchasing activities.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices and related documents.
• Follow up on procurement documentation and approvals.
• Support supplier coordination and communication.
• Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for procurement activities.
• Assist with ERP-based procurement processes where applicable.
• Maintain organized procurement records.
• Support the procurement team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
