Job summary

Client of Talent 360 is looking for a Junior Sales Engineer based in Riyadh, specializing in lighting solutions, home automation, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a motivation to grow in technical sales.

Responsibilities include managing sales cycles, building relationships with clients, and coordinating project execution while achieving sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in lighting, electrical, home automation or construction industry.
• Must be currently based in KSA, preferably in Riyadh.
• Basic understanding of lighting products, controls, or smart home systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support sales opportunities across lighting projects and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Manage the sales cycle, including client meetings and quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
