Job summary

Jobtailor in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Support professional to back the regional sales team across Energy/Power segments. You will assist in early-stage project detection, prepare quotations, and organize tender documentation under senior guidance.

You will help build value propositions, compile technical-commercial offers, and participate in customer meetings to strengthen relationships and clarify contracts. Proactive, analytical, and bilingual (Arabic/English) candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Power Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
• High proficiency in English.
• Native Arabic language is mandatory.
• Ability to travel within KSA and MEA region.
• Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship or time restriction.
• Strong academic record with interest in Energy/Power sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and curiosity.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix organization.
• Strong presentation skills, self-discipline, and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales in driving growth across transmission and industry segments.
• Assist in early-stage project detection and monitor FEED stage of potential projects.
• Support senior sales in preparing quotations, organizing tender documentation, and tracking progress.
• Help build value propositions and compile product qualification/homologation documents and techno-commercial offers.
• Accompany senior team to customer meetings to develop relationships and clarify contracts.
• Conduct basic market assessments and competitor analysis to help define Commercial Action Plans.
• Assist handover between Sales and Project Execution teams for seamless transition.
• Develop commercial strategy and technical expertise toward managing an independent portfolio of opportunities.
