Job summary

Client of Taj HR in Riyadh is seeking a driven real estate sales associate to support and develop commercial sales and leasing opportunities. You will build relationships with clients and tenants, help close transactions, and coordinate viewings and negotiations.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome, and candidates with basic CRE sales or leasing experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language is strong; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and leasing of commercial real estate properties including offices, retail spaces and other commercial assets.
• Identify and follow up on potential clients, tenants and business opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients and tenants.
• Present available properties and explain their features, pricing and terms.
• Assist with negotiations and coordinate with clients throughout the transaction process.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, landlords and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, viewings and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of sales and leasing processes.
• Stay updated on commercial property availability, market activity and pricing trends in Riyadh.
• Support the team in achieving sales and leasing targets.
