Job summary

Taj HR in Riyadh is looking for a motivated Executive Agent – Sales & Lease to join our real estate team. The role focuses on developing commercial real estate sales and leasing opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply; candidates with basic experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing will also be considered. In-person interviews are expected in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-oriented and proactive.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment; good Arabic; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and leasing of commercial real estate properties (offices, retail, etc.).
• Identify and follow up on potential clients, tenants, and business opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries and understand property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients and tenants.
• Present available properties with features, pricing and terms; assist in negotiations.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, viewings and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of sales and leasing processes.
• Stay updated on Riyadh market activity and pricing trends.
