Junior Barista

We are a well-established coffee shop in Riyadh, currently seeking a Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and tea
• Ensure the quality of drinks by following proper recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide helpful recommendations to customers based on their preferences
• Uphold high levels of customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
