Job summary

Smart Technology Solutions in Jeddah is seeking an enthusiastic IT support trainee or recent graduate to join our technical team. You will assist users, diagnose issues, and contribute to maintaining hardware and devices while learning cloud basics and networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Professional IT certifications are preferred, not mandatory.
• Foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics.
• Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Azure, AWS, or OCI).
• Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and strong communication.
• Willingness to learn, team player, and able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Perform hardware maintenance and follow up on device issues.
• Assist with basic server, storage, and networking tasks.

• IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
• foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
• Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
• Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
• Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Fast learner with strong communication skills
