Job summary

سمارت لحلول التقنية is seeking an IT Support Associate in Jeddah to provide user support, diagnose issues, and perform hardware maintenance on laptops and printers. You will troubleshoot OS problems and support basic IT tasks in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are IT or CS students or fresh graduates with Windows, networking basics, and cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS, OCI). Strong English communication and a fast learner with a team mindset are essential.

• Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Azure, AWS, or OCI)
• Understanding infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
• Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
• Fast learner with strong communication skills
