Job summary

Seerah Operation and Maintenance Company. in Jeddah is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, and to develop daily content, graphics, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has prior social media experience, strong platform knowledge, good English, and design skills (Canva or Photoshop). You will travel to events when required and support broader digital marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Social Media Specialist or Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Female Arab national

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms.
• Develop and publish engaging daily content including posts, stories, reels and videos.
• Create graphics for social media and campaigns.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendar.
• Monitor trends and implement ideas to increase engagement.
• Respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor performance and report on reach and growth.
• Coordinate with management to promote company news and events.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Take photos and videos during events when required.
• Ensure content follows branding and communication standards.
• Provide admin support and travel when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company s social media accounts including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Develop and publish engaging daily content including posts stories reels videos and promotional materials
• Create creative and attractive graphics for social media and marketing campaigns
• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar
• Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas to increase audience engagement
• Respond to comments messages and inquiries professionally and promptly
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach engagement and growth
• Coordinate with the management team to promote company news services events and activities
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Take photos and videos during company events and activities when required
• Ensure all published content follows the company s branding and communication standards
• Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to the Chairman and CEO when required
• Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and events
• Provide general office and administrative support
• Be willing to travel when required for business trips

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
• Good skills in graphic design and content creation
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good English communication skills
